the Bank of Russia revoked the license for banking operations in Adyghe Bank “Novation”. This is stated in a statement on the regulator’s website.

As explained by the regulator, the decision on the withdrawal from the market of banking services was made “in connection with default by the credit organisation of the Federal laws regulating Bank activity, and statutory acts of Bank of Russia” taking into account “the real threat to interests of creditors and depositors”.

Registered in Maykop, the Bank conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of funds in assets of low quality, the report says CB. In addition, in connection with loss of liquidity, he did not timely fulfill obligations to creditors, its management and owners did not take the necessary measures to normalize the activities.
