the Real level of poverty in Russia is higher than statistical, including due to the extensive informal sector, as stated previously, Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets.

“we Have much to disagree estimation of poor statistics and evaluation for the sense of self of people. And if, for statistical evaluation, is the growth of poverty is 15%, which is very bad for us, the self-perception of people – it is much worse. And I think it is based on the fact that real incomes and real wages for the “grey” sector are different from those of income and wages, which we take as the average and which we believe benefits help. And so on,” – said Golodets.
