Rogozin suggested that the Ukrainian aircraft to move to Russia – RIA Novosti

VORONEZH, January 28 — RIA Novosti. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, during inspection of the aircraft Il-112V on the VASO plant in Voronezh said that Russia is ready to accept the Ukrainian aircraft designers and to provide them with work and wages.

“of course We’re happy and waiting for the transfer to Russia of Ukrainian aircraft designers, aircraft manufacturers. They have now no prospects for work in Kiev and generally in Ukraine. We expect our colleagues to provide them the most necessary, of all required work, the term, wages, in order not to die the ideology of the aviation industry, which was once raised by Oleg Antonov as a single inseparable part of the school of aviation of the Soviet Union”, — said Rogozin.

Aviation experimental design Bureau led by Oleg Antonov was established in 1946 in Novosibirsk, since 1952, it operates in Kiev. The company has developed more than 100 passenger and military transport and specialized aircraft, including cargo giants “Ruslan” and “Mriya”.

In September of last year the representative of the “Antonov” Andrey Khaustov said that in 2016, the aviakontserna will not release any aircraft. The reason he called the gap of cooperation with Russia, which the company does not receive components. In 2015, Antonov produced only two aircraft.
