Mexico’s Foreign Ministry has approved the extradition of drug kingpins to the United States Shorty – RT in Russian

The Mexican drug lord Joaquín Guzmán Loera, nicknamed Shorty will be extradited to the United States. Permission is given to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico.

The agreement on the extradition of Mexican foreign ministry gave after receiving assurances from US authorities that no death penalty will be applied to the offender, RIA Novosti reported.

The exact drug lord’s extradition date is not yet known. Nevertheless, it is already ready to indict the federal courts in Texas and California.

The leader of the cartel “Sinaloa” Joaquin Guzman, nicknamed Shorty on the night of July 12, 2015 escaped from prison maximum security “Altiplano” mode in the state Mexico City directly from your camera’s 1.5-kilometer tunnel. He was captured Jan. 8, 2016. Guzman was serving a sentence once again sent to the “Altiplano”, pre-tightening the conditions of his detention.
