At the same time the agency interlocutor stressed that the collection of fees from transportation cost less than 200 euros is not some new invention. “We are talking about the comments of existing legislation,” – she explained.

A number of checks FCS showed that at the moment the various customs authorities of the different existing legal framework interpret and apply the existing regulatory framework. “In some customs authorities charge fees for customs clearance if express shipping is less than 200 euros and the customs value is not defined, while others do not charge.
