International rating agency Moody’s downgraded the rating of Ukraine – the Ekho Moskvy radio station

Now the Ukrainian government bonds to the level at which the debt is considered close to default. Moody’s analysts say that increased the likelihood of significant losses from external private creditors of the country due to the government’s plan to restructure the securities. The negative outlook reflects the expectations of Moody’s, the level of external debt of Ukraine will remain very high, despite the Kiev talks with creditors. This year, Ukraine has to pay for its obligations by nearly $ 8 billion.
