Media: Moscow could cut another 14,000 doctors in 2015-2017 – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, March 23 – RIA Novosti. Moscow authorities can cut another 14,000 doctors in 2015-2017, wrote on Monday, the newspaper “RBC” referring to the agreement between the Ministry of Health and the Government of Moscow.
