In the fourth quarter of 2014 the Bank of Russia for the first time used the mechanism of monetary liquidity to banks on a return basis. From this it follows that 19.8 billion outflow of Russian capital are temporary in nature.
The indicators of capital export the private sector in 2014, in part due to increased foreign debt payments companies and banks, which were held in conditions of reduced opportunities to refinance debt.
