Earlier, the Ministry of Finance was opposed kriptovalyut much more decisive: for their use and manufacture of implied both administrative and criminal liability (reported in the notification to the bill). The question of the legality of the use of alternative currencies in the Russian authorities actively discussed throughout the year. According to Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev most likely, the law will begin to operate from mid-2015. But the timing can be moved, since the bill has angered the Central Bank.
