oil company “Rosneft” the winner of the auction for the right to use a patch on the oil and gas field in the Okhotsk Sea, ITAR-TASS August 26th. Ordinance fixing the auction results, published today on the website of the government of the Russian Federation. In particular, “Rosneft” has the right to conduct exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the subsoil of federal significance, including Lebedinsk of oil and

gas field. Under the law, the recipient of the rights to use subsoil pays a one-time payment. “Payment for the specified subsurface area – 392 433 000 rubles,” – to be confirmed in the accompanying report of the government.
