The price of OPEC oil basket has risen by almost half a dollar – Rosbalt.RU


 The price of OPEC oil basket on Tuesday, May 31 rose by $ 0.35, or 0.78%, to $ 45.15 per barrel, while in the previous trading day, it was $ 44.8 per barrel, the materials on the cartel’s website.

 This morning, the world prices for “black gold” were down in electronic trading on the London and New York stock exchanges. Crude oil futures Brent crude for July delivery on the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by 0.09% to $ 49.5 per barrel. June futures for light WTI oil on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) slipped by 0.71% to $ 48.75 per barrel.

 Oil continues to fall in price, not expecting positive news for the market on the basis of an opening of the conference on Thursday, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
