According to him, the commission will be two groups, supervising civil and defense industry. As Medvedev said, import substitution is now one of the key areas of the government, therefore, needs a body that will organize it.

“The goal – to create the conditions for domestic production of those products that we previously received on import. Once again I would like to say about it, that we are interested not just in the mechanical replacement of normal foreign imports mediocre Russian. Naturally , we should talk only about the creation of products that are competitive in relation to the Russian market, and with regard to the conditions of the world market. Only such import substitution we need, “- said Dmitry Medvedev.

Another issue, which was discussed today – the protection of labor. According to the premier, the government, employers, businesses should be interested in creating a comfortable environment in the workplace, as this depends, among other things, development of the economy. According to Medvedev, first of all, it is necessary to reform the law in this area.
