International rating agency Standard & amp; Poor’s downgraded the credit rating of Greece to «CCC» to «CCC +» with a negative outlook, according to AFP. This decrease is due to the postponement of payment of debts to creditors by Athens and the IMF. This delay showed that the Greek authorities have put the needs of his country above international obligations.

The agreement on the extension of the program of financial aid to Greece could be reached in the coming days. The Greeks had already sent the “troika” the next reform plan with some concessions to the creditors, but will it be enough to unlock the last tranche of the bailout is not yet clear.
