On the eve of the account in Belgium arrested 47 Russian enterprises and organizations on the basis of the verdict of the Hague arbitration claim “Yukos Universal Limited”. The plaintiff has demanded such a measure of the fear of the possibility to receive the sum due.

In May, the head of Group Menatep Limited Tim Osborne said that the former Yukos shareholders appealed to the courts of Great Britain, France and the United States and prepare lawsuits to the courts Belgium and the Netherlands.
