During the negotiations, which lasted more than three hours behind closed doors, the sides also discussed the implementation of assistance to the Minsk Agreement on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis through the mechanism of the contact group, including the development of a direct dialogue with the self-proclaimed Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic.
