ST PETERSBURG, June 20. Moscow and Washington agreed on the establishment of bilateral diplomatic communication channel to discuss how to overcome the crisis in Ukraine.
The head of the Russian presidential administration Sergei Ivanov sobschil that the negotiations will involve a new type of deputy foreign ministries: Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.
