Production of passenger cars in January – May, declined by 23.8% – Vedomosti

The production of cars in Russia in January-May 2015 decreased by 23.8% compared to the same period in 2014 – up to 568,000 vehicles, according to the materials of the Federal Service of State Statistics of Russia ( Rosstat). The production of passenger cars in May 2015 fell by 37.9% compared to the same month of 2014 and by 29.9% compared with April 2015

Production of trucks in January-May 2015 decreased by 23.2% compared to the same period in 2014 – up to 46 200 cars. In May 2015 production of trucks fell by 18.3% yoy and by 14.3% compared with April 2015

Production of buses in January-May 2015 It decreased by 14.3% compared to the same period in 2014 – up to 12 700 pieces. In the May 2015 production decreased by 6.9% compared to the same month of 2014 and 2.3% compared to April 2015
