Porsche team won the race “24 Hours of Le Mans” – Kommersant

Team Porsche has won the race “24 Hours of Le Mans”, which was held in France. The team included the current pilot of World Cup racing cars in the class “Formula-1″ German Nico, New Zealander Earl Bamber and Briton Nick Tandy. For Porsche, this victory was the 17th in the most prestigious race of motorsport.

The second to finish the marathon came another crew composed of former Porsche racer “Formula 1″ Australian Mark Webber, New Zealander Brendon Hartley and German Timo Bernhard. Third place went to the crew of Audi as part of the Swiss Marcel Fassler, Andre Lotterer German and French Benoa Trelyure.

The competition LMGTE Am was the best coach of the Russian team SMP Racing. It included the Russians Viktor Shaitar and Alexey Basov and Italian Andrea Bertolini. The crew finished second German team Dempsey – Proton Racing. The team – the famous American actor Patrick Dempsey, his compatriot Patrick Long and German Marco Sifrid.
