Russia has denied German media that the European Union has sent secret materials to minimize the risks to its economy because of the implementation of the economic part of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. This was stated by First Deputy Economic Development Minister Alexei Likhachev, according to RIA Novosti.

“In the first place, it is not clear why they called the document a secret, it is completely open, we are working with him and consulting business in many aspects, are in negotiations with the EU”, – Likhachev said, adding that the article apparently referred to the proposals for the settlement risks associated with the Association of Ukraine and the EU.
