Moscow. 27th of February. Interfax-REAL ESTATE – Consumer Rights Protection Society (OZPP) and the movement of the currency borrowers filed a lawsuit to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the website OZPP Friday. “Today, 27 February, at the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has sent a lawsuit against the Central Bank of the Russian Federation prepared by lawyers Consumer Rights Protection Society, representing the interests of borrowers who received mortgage loans in foreign currency,” – said in a statement.
