The guard of the St. Petersburg store “Pyaterochka” Ikromdzhon Nabihanov arrested. This decision was made district court of St. Petersburg. The guard was arrested after the incident with the pensioner, suspected of stealing a loaf and a piece of cheese.
The guard Ikromdzhon Nabihanov and deputy store manager Maria Proshchalykin attacked the 89-year-old shopper at the exit from the store on Staroderevenskaya street, reminds RIA Novosti. The pensioner fell and was hospitalized with a hip fracture.
The criminal case on the arbitrariness of violence against guards and deputy director Maria Nabihanova Proshchalykin store opened a Russian Investigative Committee. Nabihanov spend at least the next two months behind bars. Proshchalykin released on bail.
Investigators found that employees “Pyaterochka” contrary to procedure established by law conducted personal searches elderly women customers. It Proshchalykin in the street grabbed the pensioner’s hand, causing it fell to the ground.
