Media: A meeting to freeze oil production will not take place without the consent of Iran – RIA Novosti

Some sources of OPEC hinted agency that the agreement can be reached with Iran, if the project will be ready. “If they want to find a solution, they should offer a fair deal to Iran”, – said the source.

Earlier Thursday, the Ministry of Energy confirmed the visit of Minister Alexander Novak in Tehran on March 14.

On the eve of a number of countries stated that the meeting of oil-exporting countries may take March 20 at Russia. Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Venezuela at a meeting in Doha on February 16 to support world oil prices agreed to such an extent as the preservation of the average production in 2016 at the level of January, but only if other manufacturers will join the initiative.
