In Donbass went 50-th column of Ministry of Emergency Situations with humanitarian aid – RBC

Russian Emergency Situations Ministry sent to the Donbass “jubilee” 50th column with humanitarian aid. Message posted on the site office.

The composition of the column included 90 cars that carry more than 1,100 tons of cargo. The column will proceed in two destination – Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine. It is noted that the bulk of the load – it is food:. Canned food, flour, sugar, cereals, pasta, cereal, butter, mashed potatoes, juices, as well as crop seeds, artistic and educational literature

The department clarified that before arriving at the state border of the column is divided into two parts. One of them will proceed to the checkpoint “Donetsk”, the second – to “Matveev Kurgan”. There they will pass the customs procedures.

It is emphasized that driving the car is experienced lifeguards drivers who participated with dozens of humanitarian operations around the world. Also in the column includes medical and technical staff.

Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations sends humanitarian convoys for residents of Lugansk and Donetsk regions since mid-August, 2014. Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has sent more than 59 thousand. Tons of humanitarian aid to the Donbas. 49th humanitarian convoy MOE was sent in mid-February.
