The proposal for the introduction of children’s housing deduction was presented at the social forum of “United Russia” St. .Petersburg on Friday.
Batalina explained that this decision does not require amendments to the legislation, because we are talking about existing programs of mortgage lending. “United Russia” with the AHML promptly proceed to finalize the model, she added.
According to her, the model will be implemented by AHML resources. “Therefore, we plan part of the funds that are available to agencies to direct for these purposes,” – said Batalina.
MP recalled that in Russia today there are mortgage products for privileged categories of citizens at the rate of 12%. It is proposed to allocate even a category, as young families with children, and to add a program to reduce interest payments in connection with the birth of a child, who offered to call children’s housing deductions Batalina explained.
