According to Shuvalov, the social network is chosen due to the fact that it was not necessary to spend money on the development of a special information resource. Therefore, the use of “Vkontakte” to create on its base section for interaction of regional and federal authorities with the public and businesses monocities discussed with Ivanov Tavrin , the owners of the resource.
Thus, the specialists will create a project office on the basis of the Fund’s one-industry towns. And in the Moscow School of Management “Skolkovo” to work in the office will be held training courses for specialists.
