According to the publication the richest man in Albion became an American entrepreneur and industrialist Leonard Blavatkin Soviet origin. His fortune is estimated at 13.17 billion pounds ($ 19.91 billion). Blavatkin was born in the Soviet Union in the city of Odessa. 1974 he graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Mathematics School № 315. After school, tried to enter the MSU Mechanics and Mathematics Department, but was not adopted. After that, he entered the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers at the Faculty of AVT (Computer Science and Engineering), specialty “Automated control systems”. The former governor of Chukotka and owner of football club “Chelsea” Roman Abramovich is in tenth place with the amount of 7.29 billion pounds ($ 11040000000).
