Custody are the former head of FSUE “Dalspetsstroy” Yuri Hrizman and former accountant of the company Vladimir Ashihmin. According to investigators, the funds were stolen when economic activity “Dalspetsstroya”, which served as the general contractor in the construction of the spaceport.

In addition, the staff of the Accounting Chamber found that most of the individual and industry estimate standards were developed by commercial organizations affiliated with the former head FTSTSS Eugene Ermolaev and his wife. In this case, the estimated development of standards is a paid service. In particular, for “Rosatom” and the cosmodrome “East”, it was 944 million rubles.

cosmodrome “East” is built in the Amur region in 2012. The first launch of the carrier rocket with him was scheduled for 2015, and in 2018 from the Baikonur was to be launched manned spacecraft. The cost of construction is about 300 billion rubles.
