JSC “Sheremetyevo International Airport” (MASH) has selected a consortium of Russian Direct Investment Fund, “Basic Element” and Singapore Changi winner of the competition for the purchase of Vladivostok Airport. Shares of the airport between members of the consortium will be distributed in equal proportions.

“Bid consortium was recognized as the best on a combination of criteria, including technical, legal and financial aspects of the transaction. It will be closed after the approval of the regulatory authorities “- said in a statement,” Basic Element “.

In the “Basel Aero” includes airports in southern Russia: Sochi, Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik.
