According OZPP, devaluation has affected about one hundred thousand borrowers with foreign currency mortgages.
CBR in turn proposes to increase from April 1, the hazard ratio for the currency mortgages up to 300% from 150%, and is exploring the idea of introducing the same restraining factor on already mortgage loans in foreign currency.
