Ukrainian border guards refused to inspect the Russian Emergencies Ministry convoy carrying humanitarian aid to the Donets Basin, according to TASS referring to the representative of the Border Guard Service in the Rostov region Pavel Belov. According to him, the OSCE observers participated in the inspection.
By 8.30 customs clearance has been completed. Column crossed the border. One goes to Lugansk, and the other in Donetsk. As reported in the MOE, the convoy will deliver more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid to residents Debaltseve and other localities affected by the fighting.
