Presnensky court of Moscow has sought to ex-wife Natalia Vladimir Potanin 78 million rubles. at the suit of “Eco Invest”, controlled by businessman, RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier, the court resumed the proceedings on the lawsuit. The company needed to compensate for losses from the failed transaction of selling a house in a village near Moscow Nemchinov. Potanin has filed a claim for recognition of the transaction null and void, but the court found the actions of legitimate businessman.
July 10 Presnensky court ruled on the division of property between the owner of “Norilsk Nickel” and “Interros” and his ex-wife. Natalia Potanin received three parcels and monetary compensation in the amount of half the cost of an apartment in Moscow, which will be owned by a businessman.
