The declared assets within the amnesty of capital will not be subject to non-recurring fees and taxes
The State Duma adopted on Wednesday in the first reading a bill on the voluntary declaration of natural persons property and bank accounts, the so-called amnesty of capital, according to the website of the lower chamber of parliament. For the amendment voted 351 deputies, against – 7, two abstained.
According to the bill, the Russians will be free to declare foreign assets, which are furnished including nominees. To do this until 31 December 2015 the owners of the assets should file to the tax authorities a special declaration, which will be distributed mode of tax secrecy.

The amnesty will get only those assets that have been registered before 2014.
The bill was introduced by deputies on March 27 this year. It is expected that the final document will be passed and signed by President Vladimir Putin June 15.
