Former Yukos shareholders appealed to foreign Courts on the seizure of property of the Russian Federation.
It is reported by the German newspaper & laquo; Süddeutsche Zeitung & raquo ;, citing Tim Osborne, head of the consortium of Group Menatep Limited (GML).
