Kiev rated losses from events in the Donbass region of $ 350 billion and intends to demand that sum from Russia. This follows from the statement of Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Oleksandr Borovik.

Deputy likened the loss of Ukraine with the requirements of Kuwait from Iraqi aggression in 1991. “350 billion came when Iraq invaded Kuwait. Then he decided that they should be 320 billion. If you compare how long this aggression was and how long the Russian aggression against us – it is almost comparable, “- said Borovik.
Kiev has repeatedly accused Russia that in Ukraine alleged presence of Russian troops. January 27 the Verkhovna Rada has recognized Russia as “an aggressor country.” In late March, a group of MPs introduced a bill, which supposes introduction of penalties for public denial of the Russian aggression against Ukraine. The document proposes punishment for denial of aggression in the form of 3-5 years in prison, and if the offense is committed by a representative of the authorities, the sentence will be 10 years.
The Russian authorities have repeatedly denied the involvement in the fighting Russian troops in Ukraine Stressing that Russia is not a party to the conflict.
