Media: Rothenberg interested in shares of “Aeroflot” – Rosbalt.RU

Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg intends to acquire 25% shares of “Aeroflot” in the framework of the privatization of state-owned largest national carrier. It is reported by Financial Times, citing its sources.

 

 The publication notes that the current cost of the package is estimated at $ 9.7 billion. The source of the newspaper said that the leadership of “Aeroflot” aware of the intentions of the Rothenberg.

 

 TPS Avia Arkady Rotenberg, Alexander Ponomarenko and Alexander Skorobogatko owns a number of assets in the “Sheremetyevo”, on the basis of passing now the company’s assets consolidation will own 68.4% of the base of “Aeroflot” airport.
