The Eurogroup will resume talks with Greece until after the referendum results – BBC

The Council of the finance ministers of the eurozone countries decided not to resume talks with Greece to provide financial assistance to the referendum results. This is stated in the application the head of the Eurogroup Jeroen Deysselbluma on the results of the extraordinary meeting of the Council.

«There was a conference of the Eurogroup. They discussed two letters received from Greece, and the current political situation in the country. The proposals by the Greek authorities had taken into account “- are words in the statement Deysselbluma.

«We see no reason for further talks at the moment. There will be no additional Eurogroup talks nor the Greek authorities and creditors on proposals or financial arrangements. We will wait for the outcome of the referendum, “- said in a statement.
