Moscow metro station “Prospekt Mira – radial” will be closed in the morning on July 17 in connection with the celebration of the Muslim holiday of Eid ul-Fitr. Told the head of Moscow subway Dmitry Pegov, reports Tass.
He said that on this day since the opening of the station and 08:00 MSK will only work on the output. Pegov explained that e ty measures are necessary to ensure safety.
Earlier, First Deputy Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia Damir Gizatullin told the agency that the feast day of the Muslims will use several Metro stations to get to the prayer in Moscow mosque.
Eid al-Fitr – one of the two main days of the Islamic calendar, which marks the end of fasting, which lasted for the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
