A spokesman for the chairman of the Eurogroup Mikel Raines confirmed that documents from the official estimate of the creditors were received on the eve of the meeting on Greece. “There have been received to the Institute in accordance with Article 13 of the Treaty of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and the first review of the Greek proposal,” – he wrote on his page on Twitter.
