In Greece, it began a referendum – the first channel

Residents of the country must decide whether to accept the conditions of austerity in exchange for new loans or not. The right to vote is at 9 million people. And at least 40% of them have come to the polls to a referendum was held.

Prior to the completion of the referendum lenders refused to speak with the Greek government in response to the failures all the proposals, the European Central Bank stopped providing liquidity to Greek banks.
