? FAS has sent warning letters to Gazprom leadership to form lots in the purchase of large-diameter pipes (LDP).
In the event that or lack of response does not satisfy the antitrust agency, FAS promises to bring an action against the company before the end of summer 2015 г.
This was stated by Secretary of State – Deputy Head of FAS Russia A.Tsarikovsky.
According to the official, the period of execution of warning letters is not indicated.
A.Tsarikovsky expressed his bewilderment over the presence in the supply chain intermediaries LDP. It is not clear why there are all intermediaries, outraged A.Tsarikovsky.
