Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a document on the establishment of a living wage for the first quarter of 2015, the website of the Russian government. “Signed a decree the minimum subsistence level in Russia as a whole for the I quarter 2015 per capita is set at 9662 rubles, for the working-age population – 10 404 rubles, pensioners – 7916 rubles, children – 9489 rubles,” – said in a statement. It notes that the living wage per capita for the first quarter of 2015 compared to the fourth quarter of 2014 increased by 17.1% for the active population, 16.7% for pensioners, children – 20.1%.
