Withdraw the case of bankruptcy of the Chelyabinsk plant "Mechel" – Mail.Ru

The lawsuit “NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk” was recorded December 11, 2014. Simultaneously, another lawsuit was filed – to recover from the units “Mechel” debt for gas supplies in the amount of 539.3 million rubles.


 

«Mechel” did not officially comment on why the lender refused to trial. Source at the Chelyabinsk plant shared that company to repay, which served as the basis for the claim, Tass reported.


 

Total debt before the CMP “NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk” in November was 2.7 billion rubles, the last payment was held for the gas supplied in February 2014, clarified TASS. In total, the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk region in November to consider the six lawsuits against CMP, said “NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk”.
