Press Secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, said that it is an act of goodwill, Vladimir Putin. Based on this statement, the Ukrainian Ministry appeals to the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation with a proposal to immediately enter into a contract of sale, – said in a statement on Facebook.
