The lawsuit of “Gazprom” and “Naftogaz Ukraine” in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on the contract conditions is completed in June this year and will last for about six months, according to “Gazprom” in the latest quarterly report.
If earlier in the process of the revision of the contract for the delivery of the decision of the arbitrators was expected in late June 2016, it is now – at the end of 2016 – early 2017, “Interfax»

At present, the amount of “Gazprom” claims in this lawsuit is $ 31.75 billion. Net debt for gas supplies in the period from 2013 to 2016 “Gazprom” is estimated at $ 2.856 billion (excluding interest and penalties). Earlier “Gazprom” the documents stated on the debt of $ 2.2 billion for delivery in 2013 and 2014.
Thus, “Gazprom” in the amount of debt for gas supplies for the first time laid down the supply of gas, “Naftogaz” and direct delivery to the southeast of Ukraine.
The oral hearing in the case is transferred to the February and March to September-October.
Terms of the decision on the dispute over the transit contract is the same (to the end of January 2017), but hearing postponed from September to the end of November – beginning of December 2016
