Earlier in a press briefing, he said that the next steps for the normalization of the oil market will be made after the implementation of the freezing of production arrangements through 3- 4 months. Also, al-Badri said that in talks with all member states of the oil industry, with the exception of the United States. But he encourages them to this dialogue.
