The British oil and gas company JKX Oil & amp; Gas Plc, which is developing several deposits in Ukraine, intends to demand from Kiev $ 270 million for the overpayment of taxes, reported today by CEO Tom Reed.
According to him, the amount of the claim corresponds to the size of the overpayment, which, in his opinion, the company produced during the work in Ukraine because of the overstatement of taxes by the government

He added that the company is ready to discuss a compromise amount of the claim, provided that further conditions of the British in the Ukraine will be relaxed and will have no problems. The company is also ready to diversify its claim to tax benefits due to the difficult economic situation in Ukraine
JKX Oil & amp.; Gas Plc owns the Ukraine Poltava Petroleum Company, which has a license to develop fields Ignatovskaya, Molchanov, Novo-Nikolayev and Rudenkovskoe in the Poltava region.
