Media reported willingness to give money to the creditors of Greece – RBC

The source agency France Presse argues that the proposed government program Tsipras is sufficiently positive to allocate financial aid to Athens. € 58 billion may be granted through the European Stability Mechanism, and another € 16 billion Greece will receive from the IMF.

It is expected that the new Greek reform plan will be discussed by European financiers on Saturday, after which it may be decided the allocation of aid to Athens. According to the source agencies, the main obstacle to this may be the position of Germany, which opposes concessions to Greece.

Speaking Friday night, Tsipras said that the new plan – a major step forward compared to the previous proposals of the EU. Athens can rely on the preservation of social obligations and not to sell state property, but Greece will have to cut military spending.

Against concessions acted radical wing party SYRIZA, Tsipras but he stressed that the referendum due to Greece has strengthened its position in the negotiations with creditors, but the will of the citizens is not the mandate of the country’s withdrawal from the eurozone.

Greece’s problems will be devoted to unscheduled summit of leaders of the eurozone, which is scheduled for Sunday, July 12. Earlier, the president of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker said that the EC is prepared for all possible options, including a detailed action plan in case of a Greek exit from the eurozone or the European Union.
