This was stated in the message on the website of the Ministry of construction, who was involved in the development of these documents.

“Today, the Ministry of justice of Russia has approved three orders of the Ministry of construction concerning shared construction: approved form to the project Declaration, adopted new criteria for the assignment of shareholders to the number of victims and the parameters of posting information about the project on the website of the developer”, — quoted the head of the Ministry Mikhail men.

From 1 January 2017 comes into force a law aimed at improving the protection of rights of investors in the construction of apartment buildings. You will expand the list of information about the Builder and the construction project that is subject to disclosure in the project Declaration, as well as on the official website of the developer. For example, developers will be required to publish on contracts of participation in share building and photos from the construction site.

Earlier it was reported that the consideration of the lower house of the Russian Parliament introduced bills that expand the protection mechanisms of the rights of participants of shared construction.
