the Russian Government adopted a decree on the allocation of 5 billion rubles. the State transport leasing company (STLC) for the purchase of nine aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100 and L-410. This is stated in the relevant resolution of the government dated 26 December, which was published December 30.

the ruling said that the government will allocate STLC funds for the purchase of aircraft “for the purpose of their further transfer for leasing contracts, lease with terms of commissioning”. In addition, the Russian government decided to provide the STLC RUB 3.8 billion for co-financing for the purchase of 29 helicopters, which were produced by the company “Helicopters of Russia”. The new helicopters will be used to replenish the aircraft fleet of Russian airlines.

according to the Russian government, these solutions will “promote the utilization of production and to preserve jobs” at plants of JSC “Sukhoi” in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and JSC “Ural works of civil aviation”. Also, these measures “aimed at supporting domestic aircraft industry,” said the government.
