As reports a press-service FAS, the administrative proceedings instituted in respect of LLC “Lenovo (East Europe/Asia) and Superveyv Group”, which is held by the defendants in the case about a cartel on the auction of gas “Vybory”. The company charged that they delay the provision of the requested documents in a timely manner or provide them in full in the context of verification.

the report of the FAS indicated that the actions of LLC “Lenovo (East Europe/Asia)” to counter anti-monopoly investigation “are systematic in nature.” As example is the fact that on 17 November the company’s employees prevented the implementation of control activities during unscheduled inspections.

Previously, the FAS has suspected more than 10 companies, including Lenovo and Hewlett-Packard, members of a cartel in the supply of computer equipment for state needs. The representative of the Russian office of Lenovo told RBC that no one was arrested and no one was questioned.

According to him, the auction was not of bargaining, the price dropped to a maximum of one step. In addition, it was not the Russian manufacturers, who by law have the advantage (15% to the price) to foreign companies.
